Septic Inspections- Inspections are performed by a CT. licensed Septic installer. We now offer 2 types of real estate septic inspections: Basic Septic Tank Inspection- In conjunction with tank pumping we have a 1 page form which notes information such as tank level, tank type, size & condition. Tank location, distance to well, & depth of lids are also noted. We also check for water softeners and other grey water exiting the basement. The septic tank inspection cost $ 100.00 in addition to normal pumping charges. Septic System Inspection- This is a full septic system inspection using the 5 page "Connecticut Recommended Minimum Existing Septic System Inspection Report". This report covers wastewater routing from the home, sewer pipe, septic tank & leaching system. This report also notes (where available) leaching system size compared to todays codes. The report notes water levels in the system & whether there are signs of prior high levels.This report covers system components which are accessible through reasonable hand digging including septic tank, d-boxes & some leaching structures.This inspection costs around $ 400.00 in addition to normal pumping charges. Other Services: We have the specialty tools to help us get the job done right. most of the specialty tools such as laser transit, hammer drills, concrete saws & other small power eq are on our service truck all the time. When needed we will bring special tools such as electric snake, plate compactor, core drill machine, hay chopper, etc. etc. Compact excavation- We have a Mini-excavator with rubber tracks & is only 60" wide but "Don't Let My Size Fool You". This machine can do alot of work!! We also have 3 skid steer loaders from small to large. Theese are great machines for residential dirt moving jobs!  Types of jobs we can do- Excavation for water/well line replacement * Regrading * pulling stumps and stones * Installation of trench/curtian drains * Spreading gravel or stone for drives * excavation for additions or outbuildings * Breaking & removal of concrete * spreading topsoil * Power Raking * Excavation & site work- We can handle most residential site work projects from stumping & regrading to complete new home site work. We can take your project from start to finish. Concrete cuttung, breaking & drilling- We can break up & remove all types of flat work such as pool aprons & patio's. We can also cut most types of concrete work. We can core drill holes up to 10" in dia. Water problems solved- We can install or repair footer & trench drains, regrade to redirect water and solve most water problems. Most water problems do not require major work, so if you get water in your house call now!. Hydraulic Rock Splitting- We can drill, split & remove any, I SAID ANY rock. We have a complete rock splitting set up which includes a large Ingersoll Rand air compressor, rock drills, Jack hammers and a hydraulic rock splitter.  "Digging around town for over 25 years"
